RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with Variety Brand Distribution Inc. As a B2B wholesale supplier, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
IMPORTANT NOTICE — FLAMMABLE PRODUCTS
All products sold by Variety Brand Distribution Inc. are classified as flammable items. The return and shipment of these products are subject to strict transportation regulations and safety requirements. It is the buyer's full responsibility to ensure that all return shipments comply with applicable federal, provincial/state, and carrier regulations for transporting flammable goods. Non-compliant shipments will not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
A Return Authorization (RA) number must be requested before sending any items back. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
Partial returns on bulk orders may be subject to review and approval.
RETURN SHIPPING
As a B2B customer, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, including proper packaging and compliance with flammable goods shipping regulations. Due to the nature of flammable products, return shipping can be costly — please ensure the items are eligible for return before initiating the process.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.
Refunds are issued as:
🔄 Store Credit — applied to your account for future purchases
🔁 Exchange — replacement of the same or equivalent product
We do not issue cash or original payment method refunds.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Items damaged due to improper handling by the buyer
Products not reported as defective within 14 days of delivery
Special or custom orders

Wait for your Return Authorization (RA) number
Ship the items back following all flammable goods regulations
Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or exchange
